Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@byalondra.com. Please do not return the item. Instead, send us a picture of the damaged item along with a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will send you a replacement. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund and Return Exceptions: Refunds and returns are not available for certain items, including but not limited to perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. In addition, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not returnable. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with our support team with your order number and item details.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the one you currently have. After your return is processed, you will receive a full refund, allowing you to make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the return to be processed, and your refund could take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account.
European Union cooling-off rights: For orders delivered to the European Union, you may cancel or return the purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
